Iroquois acquired Community Care Solutions (“CCS”) in early 2014. CCS, partners with rural hospitals to implement comprehensive pain management programs, treating patients with chronic pain. Covenant Surgical Partners is an owner and operator of single and limited specialty ambulatory surgery centers that was started by Iroquois Capital Group in 2008. Iroquois was attracted to the opportunity because there were over 1,000 surgery centers that were acquisition candidates and there was only one other major competitor that was purchasing single and limited specialty ambulatory surgery centers.  Since starting Covenant Surgical Partners, Iroquois has raised over $40.0 million of capital for the company which was provided by Iroquois and a number of its high net worth clients. Iroquois’ investment banking group has also been responsible for raising over $100.0 million of institutional capital for Covenant. Today, Covenant owns and operates 23 single and limited specialty ambulatory surgery centers that generate over $100.0 million of annual revenue.
