Bill McGugin is Chairman, President and CEO of Iroquois Capital Group. He is also serves in the same capacity for REIT Investment Group, LLC, and ICG Captive Services, LLC which are both portfolio companies of Iroquois Capital Group. Prior to co-founding ICG, Bill worked with Covenant Capital Group, a real estate private equity firm with $300 million of equity invested in apartment projects. He holds his Series 7, Series 24, Series 27, Series 63 and Series 79 licenses.
Jack Jacques is co-founder of Iroquois Capital Group and serves as a member of its board of directors. Prior to this he served as Chairman to Iroquois where he was responsible for investment strategy, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions activities. He has over 40 years of experience, most notably as a co-founder of Jacques-Miller, which raised over $500 million from individual investors for real estate transactions. Jacques served as Jacques-Miller’s Chairman and CEO until 1990, when it was sold to Insignia Financial Group, an NYSE-listed company. He then joined Insignia’s executive management team and board of directors. He has been active in the formation of multiple companies, culminating with Iroquois Capital Group.
Daniel McGugin is a Managing Director responsible for operating Iroquois Merchant Services, a portfolio company of Iroquois Capital Group, which provides nationwide credit card based services to businesses of all sizes. Previously Daniel was a Partner with Virtus Benefits and President/CEO of Connection Benefit Group. Both firms provide consulting services to companies with mid to large size employee bases. Daniel is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a Masters Degree from the University of Miami (FL). He holds the Series 7 and 63 securities license designations, as well as life and health licenses in multiple states.
Matthew Jacques is Managing Director and is the Chief Operating Officer of REIT Investment Group, LLC, a portfolio company of Iroquois Capital Group. He graduated from Yale University and holds the Series 7 and Series 63 securities license designations.
Maggie Barnhart is Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. Maggie is responsible for all regulatory matters, with a particular focus on those regarding Iroquois Capital Advisors, our FINRA member broker-dealer. She has over 25 years of experience in the investment industry. Before joining Iroquois, she served as Chief Compliance Officer and CFO of Cambridge Equity Advisors, a registered investment advisor, and of Cambridge Way, a registered broker-dealer. Maggie is a graduate of Ohio State University. She holds her Series 7, Series 24, Series 28, Series 53, Series 63, Series 65 and Tennessee Life & Health Insurance licenses.
Ashley Holloway is Senior Vice President of Operations and Controller of Iroquois Capital Group as well as CFO of our FINRA member broker-dealer Iroquois Capital Advisors. Ashley is responsible for accounting, administration, human resources and information technology. Ashley began her career as an auditor with Frasier, Dean, & Howard. She is a graduate of Samford University. Ashley is a member of the Tennessee Society of CPAs, the AICPA, the Foundation Board for Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital, and the Past President of the Junior League of Murfreesboro. She is a licensed CPA in the State of Tennessee; she holds her CGMA designation and Series 28 license.
George McGugin is a Managing Director. For over 40 years, George served as a distinguished civil trial attorney at Watkins, McGugin, McNeilly & Rowan in Nashville, primarily engaged in the defense of aviation, products liability and professional malpractice litigation. He is a former president of the International Association of Defense Counsel and a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. George graduated from Vanderbilt University and received his law degree from Vanderbilt Law School.
